Exam Ready ABA is dedicated to helping passionate individuals overcome the barriers to entering the field of ABA. Namely, our mission is to help you pass the exam!
Who Are We
My name is TJ Churchill. I am a BCBA and have been in the field for 6+ years. I’ve worked as both an RBT and BCBA and want to share what I’ve learned with you! In my spare time, I enjoy being in the outdoors with my fiancé and our dog, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and cheering on our favorite sports teams.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help aspiring RBTs pass the exam for FREE! We believe an exam should never be what keeps you from living out your passion, and money should never keep you from getting the help you need.

Our Why
My father spent decades of his life and thousands of dollars to pass the BAR exam to become an attorney. This barrier prevented him from doing so for most of his life, which was an agonizing experience for him and our family. Sadly, this same story is true for so many in ABA.
An exam should never stand in the way of achieving your dream, and it is our mission to ensure that it doesn’t for you. My Dad eventually passed the exam, once he found the right approach. We intend on being that “right approach” for you!
Who is Otis?
Otis is the Mascot of Exam Ready ABA! When I was getting my Master’s in ABA, my Fiancé, and soon-to-be wife, drew me my favorite animal; An octopus! We named him Otis, and I stuck him on my computer right as I started my first ABA course. That is where he stayed until I finished my degree, passed the exam, and became a BCBA.
He was with me every step of the way on my journey to become a BCBA, and now he will be there for you too!

We also give you the same amount of time that you’ll have on test day. You can take the exam as many times as you need, however, we recommend spending more time on the quizzes and flashcards.
